Hello! I'm Jishnu Shyam, an IT professional with a Bachelor of Technology in IT. I am passionate about using technology to solve complex problems, with a focus on data analysis, machine learning, and generative AI.
My expertise in the ServiceNow platform is validated by my ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
What I Do
I specialize in building intelligent solutions from start to finish. I develop AI-driven systems, like my Intelligent Automation for Data Analysis project, which automates complex data workflows.
I also have hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models, as seen in my Twitter Sentiment Analysis project. Beyond my technical abilities, my role as Outreach Coordinator for the IEEE SSIT SB Chapter has helped me develop strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
